BioWhere to start? Hello, I'm Adrian Monk. How's that? The truth is that I've never considered keeping a diary or a journal or... whatever. In my mind, there's really nothing to be gained in documenting my life. Yet I'm here. Why?
I suppose it started when Sharona left to take care of her mother. You never know how much you need someone until they’re gone; a hard lesson I’d already endured with… with my wife, Trudy. I was really a mess. I didn’t go out all summer, didn’t talk to anyone outside the biweekly sessions with my psychiatrist. Dr. Kroger eventually suggested that I start a journal. At first, I’d laughed it off. But, as the weeks passed… Yeah. So here I am.
